Zone Seven Logistics LLC sends text messages to shipper and customer contacts who have asked to receive them. Messages relate to freight we are quoting or moving for you: rate quotes you requested, carrier assignment and pickup confirmations, appointment times, driver ETA and status updates, delay notifications, delivery confirmations, and questions about paperwork such as bills of lading, proofs of delivery and invoices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

You opt in one of three ways. You can tell one of our representatives on the phone that you want text updates — they will read you this disclosure before adding your number. You can check the SMS consent box on our customer setup packet. Or you can text our business number first. We record the date, time and method of your consent. We never add a number that has not opted in, and we never buy, rent or import phone number lists.

Message frequency varies and depends on the shipments you have with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Zone Seven Logistics does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can also email admin@zonesevenlogistics.com or call (202) 827-0776 to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service with us — we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
