Zone Seven Logistics LLC is a freight brokerage agency. We arrange the transportation of freight between shippers and motor carriers. We do not operate trucks. Our customers and contacts are businesses and the people who work for them.

We collect information you give us directly when you call us, email us, request a quote, or set up an account with us. This typically includes your name, company name, job title, business email address, business phone number and mobile number, business address, and the shipment details you provide, such as origin, destination, commodity, weight, equipment type and pickup and delivery windows.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is used to keep the Site working and to understand general usage. We do not use this information to identify you individually.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected solely so that Zone Seven Logistics LLC can communicate with you directly about quotes and shipments. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to anyone.

To arrange a shipment we must share the operational details needed to move your freight — such as pickup and delivery addresses, contact names and phone numbers at the facilities, appointment times, and commodity and weight — with the motor carrier assigned to that load. We share information with service providers who work on our behalf, such as our transportation management software, email and phone providers, and accounting and payment processors, and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or a government or regulatory request, or to investigate fraud or a violation of our agreements. If our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with anyone.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax, insurance and regulatory obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and opt out of text messages or email at any time. Email admin@zonesevenlogistics.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
